Account manager and client meet to understand their needs and draw a job specification and plan together assignment for hiring plan. - Right fit
Sourcing team will Source the candidate profile to match the requirements. They will find interested candidate profile that is looking for changing the job. After finding right candidate profile will be conducted preliminary round of telephonic interview from our senior recruitment Manager. Selected candidates resume will be processed to client HR. - Client Candidate meet
Account Manager will be coordinating with our Client for feedback for the resumes which sourcing team sent for the right fit. Selected Candidate Resume will be organised first round of interview with client HR. We will wait for feedback from the client for further round of interviews. Once candidate is selected from the final round of interviews will be rolled out offer letter from client. We are committed to follow up with client offered candidate till he/she joins them. - Joining Procedure
After completing joining procedure with client candidate will join them. The details are submitted from candidate will be verified with reference check. - Reference Check
Reference check will be done through our team after candidate joins our client.
